Yellow Stork Tea Matcha+ Curcumin is a unique combination of matcha tea powder with turmeric root extract.
Matcha is a Japanese green tea with an intense color and deep flavor, distinguished by a complex aroma. The process of its production is unusual: just before harvesting, the tea bushes are shaded, which increases the amount of chlorophyll in the leaves. After harvesting, the leaves are dried and ground into a fine powder.
The uniqueness of matcha is that it is consumed in the form of a suspension, not an infusion, thanks to which we provide the body with the whole leaves with their full wealth of ingredients. The leaves are not fermented or oxidized before grinding, which preserves their natural properties.
Matcha provides numerous valuable compounds, including antioxidants, catechins, theine, tannin, theanine and other antioxidants.
Turmeric is the root of the Curcuma longa plant, which is one of the most famous spice plants. It gives dishes a unique smell and color, but turmeric is also valued for its health benefits. Its beneficial effects are believed to be due to the presence of numerous polyphenolic compounds called curcuminoids.
